Very unprofessional. It was the heavy set lady counting money when I walked in. She started talking in spanish with a very disgruntled look on her face stating to the girl in front that was going to help me saying to turn me away if I didn't have all my required forms they needed. I think she had already made up her mind in not wanting to help me. The girl in front with glasses was very polite and was ready to help me.
