I don't recommend borrowing from these people at all. They are rude and keep trying to get you to pay early with numerous phone calls/messages. They are relentless. I called to get them to stop automatic payments and I was interrogated with questions as to why I wanted to do this. I felt that their attitude implied that they thought I was going to skip out on the loans. I do not appreciate rudeness and attitude. I assured them I would make payments manually. They finally did cancel autopay, but they were not happy about it. I simply want control over my bank accounts without third parties dipping into them. Today I was able to completely pay off my loans with them. Good riddance.

Julia is an amazing associate with exceptional customer care etiquette. I highly recommend going through her for your future loan needs.
