I would give 0 stars if I could. Jessica is the rudest person I have ever spoken to, I was asking her questions and she interrupted me several times. Very very rude I Really hope who ever is her supervisor has a talks with her to give her more training on customer service. People come to your place of business to try to get help and not belittled. I understand you have policies to follow but there's no need to be rude

Worst customer service EVER! Very very rude staff. I wish I knew the girls name that I talked to. If you work at a loan place you must understand people go to you when they’re in need. If a payment is late you should not be rude or judgmental. I also called because I was past due and they called my boss and I got in huge trouble at work I wanted to make a change and give them a different number. I was told very rudely nothing could be done that a manager would give me a call back. I was upset I kept venting and telling her I was in a lot of trouble at work and she said she already told me what she needed to tell me and I was not letting her talk and hung up on me… I had never been treated so poorly. Been in customer service my whole life. My jaw dropped to the floor. Horrible and insensitive staff. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. Do not get a loan here.

Very good experience. Everything was explained in detail. Answered all of my questions and everyone was polite and made me feel comfortable.
