Horrible customer service skills by Gloria (the manager). I have been dealing with Onemain Finance Company for a long time and I had never experience this lack of human connection. This manager should take some lessons from the real staff that makes this location succeed. Gloria has impolite interaction and poor communication channels with the people that make this location exist and treats customers as if she was doing us a favor. I guess she doesn't realize that it's us (the customers) that make it possible for her to be there. Once I finish paying my loan off, I will not be going there anymore.

Paul has helped me with two loans . I’m super thankful for him he goes out of his way to make sure your approved for a loan . Explains the terms of the loan very well he makes it a fast and easy process . Makes you feel comfortable threw out the whole process he is super nice and very professional. I’ve spoken to Paul and Gloria and both are awesome !!

We should have read the reviews prior to stepping into this office! I would give them a rating of “0”stars if that was an option! Their customer service is very poor. The manager, Gloria, practically called us liars. We gave her information that later she denied we told her. She is rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I would definitely go to another location. Por favor no vayan a este lugar. La manejadora es muy condescendiente! Servicio al cliente es muy pobre.

Excellent Experience. With the other banks and credit unions didn't gave me a personal loan and didnt help me at all. With One Main Financial were concerned about my situation and lend me the money. I very grateful for companies like One Main Financial to exist and believed in me. Thank you very much.
