Unfortunately for John (the tall man with the glasses who is subtly offensive and condescending) I have to give 1 star ,and it would actually be less than a star if it were possible. This is not out of spite ,this is honestly just a case of deception. I really really only needed 100$ to replace the water pump tonight before the drive to my new job tomorrow. I called ahead of time and was told by a female that answered the phone that I was good to go get the loan. Oops guess not because old John with the 90's plad shirt denied me even after I provided the sufficient documents required. Cheers John. (Wears glasses brown beard looks a bit greasy)

Worse serves didn't got approved because of my ID

Got a loan today and went to the ATM to deposit the cash I was given. One of the 20 dollar bills kept getting rejected so I started to examine it and realized it was counterfeit. So I called the store and was told that they would not exchange the 20 dollar bill because they don’t know if they gave it to me. I had just been there 30 minutes ago and Yes they did give me a Fake bill. I know 20 may not seem like much but for the amount I am having to repay for the loan I feel like they should have taken that fake bill back. I asked the representative if they checked the bills and was told they have a marker to check them but this bill didn’t have any markings so it clearly wasn’t checked.
