I applied for a loan which I was approved for. sent all my documents before coming in, I also spoke to the staff twice prior of coming in and once I got there, they printed out my documents told me everything was good and out of nowhere , they go and say that they wouldn't proceed with my loan because my Id is from another state. I have bank accounts, residency, electric, medical, rent under my name that proofs my residency here in EL Paso for over 2 years and because of my ID being out of state they didn't proceed after aproveing and speaking to me twice prior of me driving to them. Disrespectful towards the client. If you don't offer loans just because of a ID not being from texas update you website, train your staff to be more efficient on giving out information and telling clients to come in. ZERO FOR CUSTUMER CARE and INFORMATION. Misleading advertising!!!! be aware before they pull your credit!
