The ladies here were very nice even though I couldn't get a loan at the time, they were so sweet and helpful. If I could give them 10 stars I would.I will definitely be back when I have the correct documents.

If I could give this review as zero or negative Stars I would. The worst customer service ever. The assistant manager was too worried about going home so when she started our application process she canceled it because it was 3:00 and I quote "We do not get paid overtime, I have to close. She turned if the printer so we couldn't finish printing off paycheck stubs. Worst customer service!!!

They are awesome have the perfect attitude and Shanna helped me find all the information that was needing that I didn’t know how to find everyone there was amazing gave great customer service thanks a lot ladies!

Store mails nice looking letter explaining quick and convenient new online portal. The letter states that as a returning customer process takes less than 10 minutes and get funds “without calling or visiting a store with our online customer portal!” Now I already know I’m not the sharpest tool in the crayon box. However, this is all part of a dishonest business tactic. No matter the circumstances this website directs customers to call and visit the store. This local cash store charges between 260 and 769% interest for loans compared to 18-36% for similar loans with One Main Financial.

Extremely poor customer service. I sat and waited for over an hour for services. The workers were more interested in chatting than provided services. One lady talked with a customer for an extended amount of time then sat to make phone calls (never said, anything such as please give me a few minutes) while me and another customer waited for assistance. I finally walked out. DO NOT waste your time visiting this store! I will be contacting corporate next week. My advice to s stop all that damn talking and keep it moving. I understand you are short handed but at least service the customers in front of you and STOP making calls to people who owe you.

Fantastic customer service! Always courteous and polite. Highly recommend if u need extra cash.
