5 Stars for Joseph, Christy, and Corlinda! They all took part in my loan process and provided exceptional service. I enjoyed their company while we waited for documents to be sent over and for some things to process to finalize our paperwork. They also helped me find a cheaper insurance rate, gave great advice about paying off the loan, and were personable throughout the entire process. Even a few weeks later, I called back to reiterate the good tips I was given and again great service, (not annoyed with repeating what was already said). While there, we had some laughs and it was a good time on top of getting business handled! Thank you guys!

Customer service could be a lot nicer, wouldn't even submit or try to process app. After I asked for them 2 delete all my info, they just hung up. Keep in mind they were loosing there patience with me, as I was cool n calm. I also had Everything n extra stuff they asked for.

The ladies at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and do everything they can to help you. I am rebuilding my credit and they are helping me with the baby steps needed to do so. They have also helped my husband greatly in improving his credit and helping us consolidate old bills. I appreciate them so much and am so glad we went to them when we needed help! Go here for any financial help you might need and tell them I sent you!!!!

I was told I was able to qualify for the loan all I had to do was submit the paperwork, once I did a different person told me that’s incorrect I only qualified for a Secured loan, never in the process was I told that
