ACE Cash Express, Fort Worth, TX

This location is great this is my second time here, I got a descent sized money order for an apartment after changing my mind on the apartment. I returned to refund my money order, as it being my first time I wasn’t sure what was going to happen, but after meeting Mo the clerk working this location I was informed that the refund could be processed. Mo got me hooked up with all the information I needed and she even set me up with a load card so next time, I come in the process will be easier. Just wanted to thank you Ace cash express for having such great staff like Mo.

i’ve been here a few times now, & the manager Madison has been helpful & fast each time. a plus is she’s always making great conversation & her store always looks nice/decorated.

Mo at the Hulen location was very knowledgeable and courteous. I’ve only ever used Ace’s service once before and that experience wasn’t the best so going in I had doubts about this go around, but luckily Mo was there and more than happy to help me. She informed me of the process and reassured me of the services they provide. I left feeling secure with my decision to try Ace again and I will definitely be back in the future. When I go, I hope that Mo is on the schedule, it was truly a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I went into ace off of hulen and grandbury . I walked jn and im like am i at ace??? I mean the gentleman was so professional that i will continue having sercvixes with ace to keep the business going... This was my first time borrowing in years and I felt like I was getting the run around. Many of the employees were telling me different things everytime I come in. Liz really explained to me all the changes since last time I borrowed. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have never continued using their services. Thank you for being clear and precise for me Liz. I haven't look at another Ace the same since Diane got promoted, but I would continue my services with you. Liz deserves 5 stars. The others except Azce... deserves a 1.
