I had 2 small loan that I would like to refinance and drop the rate down. My husband referred me to Shelby and he was friendly, honest, efficient and detail oriented. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to save some money from high interest.

I chose this location and credit union initially based upon the Google reviews and I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend doing business with this branch and credit union. I really enjoyed the excellent customer service I received from Natalie throughout the entire process of becoming a member and refinancing a car. The credit union offers many different products so I definitely plan on utilizing more services in the near future, plus they have amazing rates (the best I could find). The branch is located in a convenient location, is very clean, and has a very personal feel to it. It's never been crowded when I've gone, but it's usually during mid day. Definitely check them out and consider giving them your business like I did!

I opened a new account and Franchesca helped me. Her customer service was wonderful. The best I have received in a very long time. She explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions and was very professional! The process was easy, and they have many perks. I believe I will be a happy customer!

I was working with Kris Boiles, seems like a nice person on the phone when we spoke. Unfortunately he was not very responsive because he was " working in the sister office with limited access to phone and email." He failed to let me know that they do not do loans for remodels on new rental properties. I was denied because the project was not complete. Obviously if the loan is to renovate the property (owned and paid off) how would it be complete? Why would this company do an unnecessary hard credit pull to my credit if they don't fund projects that are not finished? I probably should have went with a company that works with small veteran owned businesses. Possibly good for car loans and ect. Would not recommend for small business loans.

Everyone at this location is excellent. Especially Francheska she is always able to match my financial needs with the correct financial product. I feel like a member and not a customer. We moved to UTXCU from a Credit Union up the road that has grown too big, too fast. We are so happy with UTXCU.
