I keep receiving unsolicited mail from this place, and it’s in Spanish. I have not inquired about a loan, nor do I want a loan from these sharks.

Thanks for the help my only problem is that regional finance sends a CK every month automatically with out all the paperwork you have to chase down. But if you have to apply for the same amount that they send automatically every month you will have to chase down paperwork. Just save the check until a new one comes in. Then rip up the old one. The office is just being difficult. They have a file on you. With your payment history.
