I have had a for many years gotten loans here at main finance. The staff is very professional. Always a pleasant atmosphere. They are always listening to your needs and willing to help. I paid off my balance today. Thank you main finance & staff. I will not be a stranger.

I had a bad experience here. When I got my loan I had to wait a month before they reported and positive report on my credit. I had a bad experience when the pandemic happend only certain people had late fees waved due to them being shut down and stay at home orders. They charge a fee on top of a late fee which is not outline in the orignial contract. They called me 6 times in one even though I had explained I would be up to office 1 week from the day since I had covid symptoms. When we spoke about it they never apologized and reported after my loan was paid off that it was still late from 20$ a month after I paid the loan and then my score droped 50 points. Never loan here these people have certain folks who they take care of . They flirted with my husband alot as well to get him to reloan he would have me on the phone a couple of times but mostly it was when they would speak to him over phone.. Very unprofessional

Ms. Cassandra was very attentive when we came through the office. Very patience and explained every detail of the loan. 10/10 recommended! Bilingual as well!
