I have been working with Essential/Wise Loans for over an year & have always gotten top-notch customer service from their representatives. They, also, have reasonable rates based off your credit & income. When I spoke with the young lady today, she took her time explaining everything & making sure I understood every aspect of my loan. I will refer them to my family & friends, and will continue to come back for my financial loan needs. Thank you!

Wise Loan (Essential Lending) has been a great resource! They are always polite and will process your loan efficiently and correctly. They will also go the extra mile to help. Dan (Wise Loan Rep) helped me with login issues on Chrome and Edge browsers after my loan was approved. He tirelessly worked behind the scenes trying to find a way to correct the issue. We were finally able to rectify the situation by using Safari and everything went smoothly after that. Thank you, Dan! Great job!

My experience was a positive one, until it wasn't. Today I was hung up on by the representative (I didn't cuss, was not yelling, wasn't disrespectful) and wasn't allowed to speak to a supervisor after requesting it, so I am even more disappointed in this company. I requested a call from a manager yesterday, scheduled it and never got a call. I took a loan previously and paid it with no problems some months back, might have even paid off early. Once I became employed with a different company, my banking institution changed. I tried to borrow on multiple occasions and they told me I don't make enough however my paystub says otherwise. If you allocate your funds to a multiple institutions, that default is going to possibly exclude you from getting a loan. The first time, when I tried to obtain funds on a second occasion they told me there wasn't enough time established in the institution. Okay that is fine, fast forward to some weeks later I provided my primary account that I have had for several years and because of my allocations, it reflects that "I don't make enough" even though I provided a stub from my employer. The customer service is lacking and if I could do business again with them, I wouldn't. -- I guarantee I won't hear from this company per their response below. They write the same generic response to everyone's complaints on here and it's no coincidence we are all having similar experiences.

I have had a previous loan with Wise loan and had a wonderful experience. This time I can't say the same. I was given Gold star status and treated poorly as a consumer. Out of three of the customer relations specialist, only the third one was more professional. Only cooler and patient minds will always prevail. The second agent rudely hung up on me and the first spent an hour to inform me he would forward my concern to a case manager, who would reach out to me within an hour. Never heard from anyone that same day or the next. If the company calls itself Wise Loan, please have people who share the same sentiment as the titled name.

Starting out with service from the company is good. It is when you need to use additional funds they screw you. They tell you in the beginning depending on your loan amount your payment schedule is 6 months bi-weekly. I did original loan of $600, had 1 payment left of 161.00. Requested a refinance of funds available which was about $439. Was told payback would be over $2500 and bi-weekly payments would be $ 201. Keep in mind my original loan was a 6 month schedule, i was told they only have 12 month schedules. Lier! That is just predatory and when you ask the representative to explain they are unable to. They don't understand what they are doing. Take it from me, just take whatever bill and except the late charges and catch it on your next go around. Don't do business with these predatory monsters.

Great experience. Pay back early. And they help you with no penalties. And they have great representatives. They are there for me when I need extra money, and many times. According to your credit rating they can make low interest loans and help you build credit.

Easy and smooth process. Was able to do everything over the phone with help of the worker and he was very nice to deal with. Love this company
