Blessing listen I was stuck in a real bond with bills and holidays coming up I went in to cash store knowing I couldn’t some of the. Paper work at home I needed to get approved I was so nervous because I needed this Brooke helped me so much and was so nice to me she didn’t give up on me when I seem to couldn’t get my all paper work together and am thank ful for her thank you Brooke

I went in there yesterday at last minute and I was greeted by a young lady name Elaina, and rest of workers there, They helped me get what I needed , and were very patient with me..! Great customer service and very friendly! The environment seem so welcoming...thank you for helping me at last minute...you guys are the best!

Today I walked into Cash store on Beach Street in fort Worth Texas and encountered a young man named Alex. Alex had excellent customer service skills he was polite and very welcoming. The customer service that Alex provided is something we don't see nowadays. I was more than a customer to Alex I was his guests and his actions reflected that. He did not rush the process and took his time making sure that the process was understood every step of the way. I'm not only walked out of the Cash store with the help that I need it, my spirit was uplifted. Alex treated us Fair was courteous polite and went over and above his duties for Cash store, they are surely lucky to have a young man like that working for them.

I worked with Brooke and she was wonderful! The process was easy and I was approved for an amount that I wasn't expecting, even with my not so good credit. Brooke explained everything to me and what was expected of me. Cash Store helped me out when no one else would. I'm definitely gonna stay in their good grace.
