I've been using them for two years. They were able to take a couple things off my credit, but they just reappeared. They promised they would be able to remove an erroneous car loan, which hasn't happened in two years despite me provide full evidence and access. I haven't taken out any new lines of credit in two years, but my credit is worse than when I started with Synergy Credit Services.

The team at Synergy Credit was amazing. From the very first call until the last email. Within hours of signing up they were diligent at working through my extensive credit history and getting items removed. After the first month, my credit score updated and I was able to purchase my home with ease. I can't thank them enough for the great job they did and the exceptional customer service I received. 5 STAR +

I had a charge off on my credit report that I knew was an error from Wells Fargo. After many unsuccessful attempts trying to work with the bank I was referred to Synergy Credit Services. Jennifer was the easiest person I've worked with on this. She understood the urgency of getting my credit report fixed as we were in the process of buying a house. Her innovative approach fixed my credit report and the charge off was removed. I highly recommend her!

This review is long overdue but well deserved by Synergy Credit Services. It won't be the shortest review ever but I wanted to get the point across about how grateful I am to this company and how spectacular they are inside and out in hopes to help someone else with their decision to chose Synergy for their credit repair needs! It was well worth it to hire Synergy Credit Repair to fix my credit! I absolutely recommend them and always refer them to others looking for help with their credit! They deserve a 5+ stars for their straightforwardness and honesty, a vastly knowledgeable team, quick response times and the friendly, caring attitude towards helping all that come their way! They are passionate about what they do and love helping others! Just know that credit repair takes time and is a two-way street, you must be patient as well as be involved with the whole process to get the results you want! Back in late 2020, I was looking to buy a home but after my lender pulled my credit they referred me to a few credit repair companies before I could qualify for a loan. My credit score was horrendous. I decided to go with Synergy and worked with them for 8 months. I had no previous lines of credit but there were 6 medical bills that went to collections (Medical bills do affect your credit). All derogatory marks on my credit report have been wiped since then and I have be able to continue to maintain and build up my credit score. My credit was around 505 when I started and it jumped to over 700 after working with Synergy. Shoutout to Courtney and Nate for being so amazingly awesome and helping me get to where I am today! I knew nothing when I started this trek but thanks to Synergy I have a supremely better grasp about how credit works! I also qualified for a loan and am now a homeowner! The poor reviews from the very few people who were unhappy with the services provided by Synergy were only sabotaged by themselves and all for the same reasons. All of them wanted to throw a one time payment at their problems and get an instant fix. They were impatient and did not follow Synergy's advice. I know because a good friend of mine started using Synergy at the same time as me. He left one of those negative reviews. My friend blames Synergy for the lack of progress made to his credit because he believed they were only there to draw out the entire process and purposely string him along to squeeze every dollar out of him. My friend, however, never took the time to utilize Synergy's full potential and didn't put in any effort in on his part. He never reached out with questions about his situation or to understand the complexities of the credit world in general. His lack of attention and knowledge mixed with his distrust and impatience got the better of him when he wasn't seeing instant results. This led him to cancel before any progress could be made to his credit. Same goes for the others. I understand they felt like they were paying for nothing but in reality they weren't taking advantage nor understood what they were paying for. They wanted an instant easy way out and had obscured expectations. My friend's credit situation isn't any better and he rents instead of owning a home which was his original plan. I, on the other hand, stuck with Synergy and now have great credit and own a home. Don't be like my friend or the other negative reviewers. And sure, you could probably help yourself after months and months of gaining the right insight and information but it will be so much more difficult and time consuming. This stuff isn't rocket science but it seems pretty close without the proper guidance. A credit repair company is the way to go in my opinion and after looking into other credit repair companies I chose Synergy because they seemed like the best and they did not disappoint! With Synergy in your corner every step of the way, your credit repair journey will be so much easier and a lot less stressful.

In a little over six months the team at Synergy was able to increase my scores by 65 points in average and removed several derogatory accounts from my credit. Thanks to their guidance my wife and I will be closing on our house in two weeks! The entire team was responsive and helpful but Nate was the man! Not only did he speak honestly about our credit situation he referred us to an awesome lender! Totally satisfied and will recommend them!!
