This Texans Credit Union branch has really good customer service. Here is an awesome team and a dedicated staff . Everyone there is so welcoming, and they really make you feel like an important person. I get positive every visit to the TCU branch office. I am especially grateful to the member service representative Katya Hardin. Once I had an issue with unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account and she has done all her best to help me resolve the issue. She immediately took all the necessary corrective actions. I really liked her professionalism, responsibility and perseverance in finding a solution. Thanks to Katya Hardin, the problem was localized and resolved shortly. I was very impressed by her vision, hard work and outstanding performance.

I worked with Katya Hardin few weeks ago to get a loan for purchasing a card. And it was so smooth where i got approval in less than an hour with the least rate. She took ownership in communicating with the car dealer and provided documents in a very timely manner. Her support was superb. This bank is the best in the business. Right from the account opening to getting credit card, car loan, etc., they have everything sorted out for you in advance. The team at this branch is great at customer service, special shout out to Ms.Hency Thakkar! She is always approachable and ready with best recommendation and solution at hand. I would continue to maintain strong relationship with this bank and would avail more services.

I’ve been a member of this great bank from December 1995. I had gotten my first real job, and the company took all of us new hires over to 777 E. Campbelll Road and ensured we all had a Texans savings/checking account plus a brand spanking new Texans gold card Fast forward 27 years, and I’m still a card carrying and proud Texans member. They are an amazing bank that always looks out for their customers. Several loans later, I am still very happy with their levels of service Since 2008, I have been living in FRISCO, so I use this branch a lot, both for my banking and for their locker services. Thus far, it’s been an amazing journey I recently purchased a brand new car and needed to get a loan really quick. HENCY THAKKAR was extremely helpful and responsive. She made sure my loan got approved, and not only that, she also connected with the dealership to make my car buying a painless and pleasurable one. I really appreciated her alacrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Just last week, there were some fraudulent charges on my Texans card, and she helped me navigate the process of getting a new card. Please do ask for HENCY if you are in this branch I will continue to use TEXANS for my banking needs, and borrow funds for my future purchases like boats, planes and lake houses :-)

Josh was absolutely amazing. I wanted to open a new account and CD and was in a rush to get it done quickly. He communicated regularly and kept me up to speed on what needed to get done and he made it happen. My parents have been long time members and recommended Josh and I see why.
