The ladies are lovely, but they advertise that no credit is needed, yet the deny you based off your credit even if you have a better paying job than they do. The first time I applied, I was denied ONLY because my check stub wasn't in the PDF format, according to the denial paper. Applied a month later when I got a new job and was denied based on my credit, which had only improved since I last applied. Why wasn't I denied the first time for the same reason? Wasted 2 hours of my family's life on my daughter's birthday.

I have been a regular customer at this location for over a year. The store manager name is Cindy. She has personally assisted me on several occasions. Cindy is very professional, courteous, and is genuinely kind and helpful to all the customers. It is great experience to be welcome into the store with a smile and kindness during a time of hardship.

The people are friendly, and I know the schedule to pay off the loan, it's just gets annoying whenever you get several phone calls and then they call you AT WORK to say you have a payment due, it's frustrating. A simple message is perfect, not blowing up someone's phone while they're at work. Wouldn't recommend someone here because of this.

Unprofessional, put wrong date on my repayment. Then called me to tell me i had to pay for his mistake which i did. Didn't try to say sorry, instead blamed me for his mistake.

mrs bracely is the most awesome manager I love the crew mrs Kimberly was the most wonderful person they took very good care of me the store was clean a welcoming an I want to give a extra 5 star to the whole crew they are all great an will be referring much more customer in the future may god bless

Ms. Chandra was very helpful. She gave me encouraging words that she didn’t even realize she was doing. Customer service skills is perfect I’ll recommend anyone to see her she most definitely the face of Cash Store.
