Applied for a loan here. Did not like the terms so I rejected the offer but in that process the rep Chelsea that was attempting to assist me whenever she felt like answering the phone was beyond rude. When I told her I was going to pass on the loan she hung up in my face. Even if I thought about changing my mind I will never again consider doing business here.

They told me that I was approved for a 10k loan. I called and said I only need 4k. They denied me, and tried to say it was because of my income. I make $40k a year, so don't understand why. I called several times for weeks, and they didn't answer. This place is a scam. Don't apply!

It was crunch time and I needed assistance to get out of a situation and I called OneMain praying for a miracle as like many my credit score is not the best. OneMain came through for me and I was able to get the help I needed the VERY NEXT DAY!!!! I TOTALLY Recommend OneMain!!! It's fast, easy and the Customer service I received from my rep Tina was Awesome!!!

The representative Andrea had no clue about the paperwork needed for proof of income on someone on owns their on business. The section E page 1 of the tax return that she wanted I do not have I am a S corp, she didn't have a clue. I asked if the previous loan and the new one would be one payment her response was yes... well it's not I now have two separate loans which I did not want. Once I pay off these loans I don't know about being a future customer? Certainly not dealing with this lady again.

OneMain Financial is nothing but crooks!!! They take advantage of people in need, they do not go over the details of the loan and they make it to you will be paying it off for the rest of your life!!! I strongly suggest checking out ANY other options before taking a loan from them!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used OneMain before and had a great experience, so I decided to use them again. I filled out the online application and knew I’d receive a call the next day. When I spoke to the person, she was very rude. I was asked questions that I had answered on my application and also had already submitted my paperwork. What’s the point of filling out the application online if it’s not looked at prior to the call. So I gave my information again and when I mentioned that I didn’t want to put my vehicle up for collateral, her quick response was “well you don’t qualify for that anyways”. I may have not, but the tone was very rude. My second call was when I was made an offer, I told them I needed to talk to my spouse and would return the call. I received another call the next day in a very rude tone, she said “you said you’d call back and never did.” Maybe take in consideration that people work. All in all, I declined the offer. Customer service was horrible. Won’t be using this company again.

The loan associate Dhillon who was helping me with my application, was not through and kept giving wrong information about the process and delayed my process , i had to call multiple time to check on the progress and after 4 days of loan approval I still Dont have funds in my account , after application submitted the associate was very cold and uninterested in terms answering my questions regarding my funds and when will it will be available.no a good experience.

1Main does get busy and sometimes the callbacks are immediate, but Olga is usually a pleasure to work with. However, Bella concluded our business interaction this go 'round. THANKS SO MUCH, BELLA!!!
