Just wanted to give a shout out to Rocio whom I've dealt with several times. I went there yesterday but unfortunately their system was down so I ended up at another location. Even though Rocio wasn't there at the time the system was down, she listened to my voicemail and called me back the next day. Great customer service from her as usual 😀
