The loan officer Eric was very helpful. Regional has been more flexible than most Lenders, I would recommend them when you are in need of a loan.

This people are scam, dont even mess with them trying to get a loan. I got a 1yr loan term, with an agreement if 36% the interest on this loan was about 1800 for a 3500 loan, in yr. At the office I was told no penalty in paying online and I could save a whole lot of interest, I finally paid off yesterday, in 6 month and was still made to pay almost the full amount saving me less than 200usd, I called them and they said the loan officer no longer works with them and may have misinformed me, and that however I agreed and penned my signature. They literally have you pay almost the full loan amount plus interest even if u decide to pay on time. Scanners Worst and most terrible people. Try mariner or one main financial , prosper, happy money if u need a loan, better interest rate and they aren't scammers like regional finance

This is my location, and I will say that they will take care of you and your needs asap and will always keep you informed on what and how things are going. I called this morning and was walking out the door with a check the same day, unlike the other location that I tried 1st, nothing was left to chance and I will be back for them to help me again and again. So if you need a little help with money to make things work for a short period or long term this is definitely the best place in Garland to go, so when you visit them tell them that you read my review and let them work their magic on your behalf.

I got an offer for a loan through the email which wasn't bad compared to other places so I took it. They called a week later offering a little more cash and a better interest rate. They were very clear about what I needed to provide and I did. Then when I went in to the Walnut location to sign paperwork and they then asked what collateral I wanted to provide. At no point during the process did they ever say it was secure loan. The woman said she told me over the phone which she absolutely did not! I would have said I have no collateral and would not have went in or proceeded with the loan in the 1st place! Not sure why they are lying or being misleading. They also had ran my credit without me exactly saying yes they just ran it the next day and I got a Credit Karma notification and had to call to see what was up. I never gave them authorization to run my credit there was no acknowledgment form like at every other loan company. On there contact us page they say they don't contact via email for customer privacy when really they don't want what they say in writing to avoid accountability.
