The whole process of filing taxes usually fills me with dread, but not this time! All of the staff at Liberty Tax were so great! Brett helped me file my taxes, and he was so personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back next year.

I was using free services as mich as possible, but I went to these pros when I had a more complicated return to do & they got me back more than I anticipated; my wife did her own taxes ('free' tax site) & it said she was going to owe - these people got her a refund. The service pays for itself, truly.

Mauro Amador helped us out a bunch; he was extremely knowledgeable and profesional. They helped us get organized and made the tax paying process very simple for us. Highly recommended!

Service was excellent. Mauro went over each number so we understood the tax we owed. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything.

I had them file 3 years of taxes for me. IRS flagged all three years. 1st year 2020 my ACH payment thru them became an overpayment of $469.00. IRS took $357.83 of that money for underpayment 2021 and $111.17 for underpayment of 2022. IRS then asked for another $400.00 from me for 2022. I expect tax returns to be right from the beginning and they were not which costed me more money. I was charged something like $800.00 for the filings. I gave them copies of the IRS correspondence, expecting a follow-up call back to me. It never happened. Poor service all around.

Mauro is always a pleasure to work with when it comes to sorting out my taxes. Been coming to his location for a few years now and appreciate his hard work.
