Spent 2 months trying to get a mortgage. In the beginning, Scottie was great and super polite. Then I got pawned off to Dominique who I believe doesn’t like her job and left me hanging for weeks at a time. It’s now been 2 months of back and forth, waiting, waiting and requesting updates and being ignored. Finally scheduled a call with the owner and 15 minutes late- he blew me off because he was too busy. I’ve now lost 2 months and I’m having to start from scratch.
