Nikosha is always pleasant and very professional anytime I come in. She always has a smile on her face and willing to help with whatever questions or things needed. This is why I will always go out my way to come to this store due to the customer service that is provided here. Whoever in charge who is reading this please give this woman a very hefty raise and promotion!!

The ladies at this store was so helpful . Ms Nikosha was training a lady name ms kanetra and she was doing a great job to be in training. Their customer service was beyond the usual encounters at other ace stores. Ive been a customer for over 15 years and even though the other locations are good they were GREAT!!! 5 stars all day !!!

Omg where do I start . I have a flare card and customer service gave me hell to get my money . I went inside ace on bissonnet to get a card attachment but flare customer service didn’t let me get one. Ms nikosha helped me so much. I was so frustrated and was about to close my account but the way ms nikosha helped me get accesss just saved a customer. She went way above what anyone would have done. I’m so thankful for her . She even stayed an hour late after closing to help me. This is customer service at its finest !!!!!!!

Temo is the best by far, fast and knowledgeable. You can ask him anything and he’ll find you the answer, he explains things so well. Will be coming back again !!!!
