I’ve gotten loans from here a few times and I’ve had a great experience every time! They are all great at the location on hwy 6 & Bissonnet! Cristal especially is SO courteous and knowledgeable of what she’s doing, she makes each visit super pleasant! I advise anyone to frequent this place, it’s great!!

The staff at this location is kind, professional, attentive, patient and understanding. Probably one of the most cheerful places of business I have ever stepped foot into. No compassion for anyone's time, I've been up to this store at least 8 times. I was told that my bank was not accepted which was Bank of America by the way so I used my secondary account quit First convenience bank. And was told well the account is good but not enough activity but the BOA account was fine, this company is a joke. I mean at this point I dont feel getting a loan through them is a good move their completely incompetent

Nothing short of a HORRIBLE experience. Before coming in, I called to check my balance and see if any document was needed before coming in to get another loan. The rep confirmed my balance and said no document would be needed before getting another loan and that I just needed to pay off the first loan. Sounded good, so I went to the store to pay off my loan and told her I would be requesting another loan. She then said they needed another pay stub. I told her that i was told over the phone (BY THIS SAME STORE) that I didn’t need any documents. This rep insisted without giving me any valid explanation . So I was able to find the most recent one I could find on short notice, which was 4-5 weeks ago. She then said it had to be PDF. So I took an extra few mins to find her the PDF version, once I did that, she then says she can’t accept it because it’s not within 30 days. NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER FROM THE REP AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME HAVING TO DRIVE OVER THERE! Please train your reps on being more knowledgeable on what is truly needed from the customers and how to communicate that in a more understandable way so that they are not wasting their time driving up there for no reason!

If you guys and gals need some extra cash to pay an unexpected bill. I highly recommend cash store. Katherine will help you with your cash needs. She and Reem are awesome at what they do.

The people and energy was great, from over the phone to going there in person! They were very kind and helpful. I love great customer service especially in the time of need. The manager Desiree was awesome also!
