So I came this Advance America after going to five other loans company. I came straight to Kayla Bey she was sweet and informative she told everything I needed when I called her at the beginning and I came she put my stuff in the computer and boom. I recommend this store 100% don’t go to no other cash loan places stop here first.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I didn’t have enough money to pay my rent and someone recommended me this place. I wasn’t sure if I would get approve but let me tell you GUYS! I got approve. Michelle was the person that help me with applying my loan she went above and beyond. I arrive there at 5:57 and the place was closing at 6:00, but she waited for me. I am so grateful that she did! She was very polite. I THANK GOD!

My customer service experience was excellent. Ms. Michelle took the time to explain the whole process. Her customer service skills is something to be recognized and appreciated. This type of service is priceless. She is definitely someone that should be honored.

Kayla makes applying and refinancing loans a breeze, wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. I’ve moved 30+min away from this location and still choose to keep on coming back just because of the great customer service she and her awesome staff provides. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here. 10/10 ⭐️. They definitely make what is usually a “long hassle of a situation” into a great and easy one.
