Marcell gave me a courtesy call regarding a payment, usually I don't answer these but this time; I had some questions and Marcell really took the time to find the best options for me, he helped tremendously and showed skill and care when assisting me.

So they have someone by the name of Ashley who answers the phone who is so rude and disrespectful! This woman has no phone etiquette whatsoever! It turns you off from even dealing with this location! She has literally hung up on me while I was talking and laughing in my face! Terrible fix that! I will more than likely be going to a different location and I have been coming here for a year because it’s close to my home but that will more than likely change!

I have been dealing with the Cash store for a few years I can't even remember how long but overall they have been absolutely wonderful and have no complaint the tellers are very helpful to treat you with the up most respect soon as you walk in the door they greet you immediately they are absolutely great so I give them a 100% professionals and thank you so much for being there all these years when I needed you you made it possible thank you so much.Mary Nnaka
