Nice at first but then lord forbid life happen and your spouse can't work and you're the only income. You try your best and yes fall behind. That's when the 5-6 times a day calls start, which they stated is their policy. Once my loan is paid off I will never use them again NO MATTER WHAT!!!!! Even if I needed $1!!! I wouldn't ask them for it!!!

Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. She did an awesome job explaining how the loan will be done. Helpful tips about paying the loan and it will be beneficial for my credit.

This place is crazy busy all day, I always got a call back after leaving message for my officer misty and spoke with several other office members who were all nice and answered all my questions when she was with another customer. I read the other reviews and just think people get mad when they don't have an approval they like. The process is easy submit your documents then provide detailed information about past credit accounts and set an appointment, I had the option to come in or do everything digitally. Its fairly quick funding same day if no issues I was told as long my address was updated on all documents there shouldn't be any issues with same day funding otherwise funds available in am. Which is still pretty fast. I have thought about coming here plenty of times got referred by a friend and glad I called in. If you need extra $ they can help even if your credit not so good.

I was really happy when I got my first loan from OneMain Financial. Staff was really nice, helpful & easy going. When I needed to do the second loan, I had no doubt who I was going to use. Because I had already been a customer, all my info was already setup & the process was even so much easier the 2nd time around. I will definitely recommend OneMain to others. Couldn't be happier. :)

I will change my rating once I visit the office. So far we submitted check stubs, id, copy of titles, made them the lien holder, now they want id, social numbers, check stubs again, id again and titles again voided check. Wow will update once go into the office so far not liking it. I understand they want everything in order but why ask to submit items then aske for the same thing again plus way more later. Will update later on as stated.
