The representative was able to address me my name when I arrived. This made my visit seem welcomed right out the gate. They were able to answer all questions and provide what I needed timely.

I'm a long term customer with Mariner Finance and there has never been a moment when I wasn't happy with the service. Staff is amazing, and they work with customers from a small to large spectrum. I'm constantly recommending them!

Too bad zero stars isn't a option, worse experience ever. I did the application online and then I received a congratulations email from them late last week. Email said I was assigned to this location and I could call them. Every time I call its sounds like a fax machine number or seems like I'm just being hung up on. The 3 times I did get a hold of someone they keep telling me they'll call back but never do and supposedly they keep running it through but no answer.

I've done business with Mariner Finance for several years now and I must say they've been very workable on all issues. They're online app makes it very easy to navigate your account, make payments and re-up your loan when funds are needed.

My assigned Account Representative, Jessica Flores and the Manager, Alisha provided professional and helpful service. They were equipped to offer various detailed options to meet my financial request. I enjoyed working with both of them so much.

The process was pretty quick and easy. My money was in my account right after I signed the paperwork. Would definitely use them again.
