They acted like they could not use my I.D because it was torn in the corner even though I told them it was still valid they were acting is if I were lying when they could of easily just looked at the expiration date and see it didn't expire untill 2024, so I went to title max and got approved for a loan with the same I.D and no problems in less than 45 minutes. I've used this I.D at the DMV, banks, check cashing places,ect. and this is the only place that has given me a problem because of my I.D. I do not recommend going to this place. It seems like they did not want to help and weren't as friendly as the people at title max.

horrible!! I spent 2 days going back and forth on the phone trying to apply for a loan.. then when they finally received everything they needed she said I would be approved.. but end up getting denied!! I am frustrated they took me through sooooo much just too say not approved & especially when I really needed it.. A Waste of TIME .. DO NOT DO IT. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ! SMH

Mandy was the best loan officer. Even after I didn’t get the loan at first I called several times asking questions on different ways I could try again. We found away and by the end of the day I received the loan money......Thank you Mandy my baby girl is going to have a great Christmas Brandy

Yesterday, I came in to make a payment on my BrightWay CC & was told that I could not make cash payments. So fast forward to today I purchased a money order to pay towards my CC and was told that they do not accept CC branch payments. The website mentions that you can make payments via branch, phone or Moible app ,So not only did the waste my time… they wasted my gas. Communication is key.

Please be very mindful of these people, they will not disclose all of the requirements until after they run a credit check on you. Before the credit check I was told I'm pre-approved for a loan within a certain range and that I can qualify … More
