RUN! THIS COMPANY IS A BOOKY SERVICE! I have never gotten money from these people but my daughter's identity was stolen while she was in the hospital and someone took out a "loan" in her name from Western Finance. My daughter has done all the necessary things concerning her fraud and reporting and closing all accounts. However, my name was listed as a reference for the fraudulent loan. So in an attempt to get their money back, Sonny from Western finance has called me daily telling me to pay back the loan. She has yelled, threatened me and said extremely rude things about my daughter. My daughter is an adult who doesn't even live in my household. Somehow this lady thinks it's ok to harass me even though I have nothing to do with any of it. She has even told me that my family needs to learn how to pay our debt. I have blocked them but they call from all kinds of numbers. They are crazy people. Go to an actual bank if you need to. I'm scared this woman may come to my house or work over this...CRAZY!

I had a great experience. I was having trouble getting there, but they went above and beyond to help me. Nick was great in making sure I was taken care of. Erica explained everything to me. She did rush me at all. Very pleasant experience. Elizabeth was sweet and didn't waste time helping me.

If you are in need of a loan then I highly recommend you give this place a try. Excellent way to build credit and more. Borrowed a loan and financed merchandise them. My monthly payments are affordable. Amazing service. They are definitely there to help you in your time of need.

I needed insulin and needles for my diabetes and a little gas money until my next payday. The Humble location is the closest office to me. I did the online application on a Sunday & Nick called me 1st thing Monday morning. Nick was very professional and a very sweet person. The process was extremely stress free and quick. I was approved for a loan. Today after work I went to their location and Erica greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome. The finishing process with her was just as quick as the approval process. Erica was very informative about my loan & other services that they offer and she smiled the whole time. She was a pleasure to meet & work with. If you are ever in some need of money loans or getting your taxes done, I highly recommend you visiting this location!!! Thank you Nick & Erica, ya'll were amazing and a huge blessing.

The manager, Gina, is ABSOLUTELY 💯 AMAZING! I dislike the company to which is why I've only given them 3 stars and how poorly they treat their employees! I'm sad to see Gina leave she's one of the best! And because this company treats their employees like disposable trash, I will NO LONGER give them my business after my loan is paid off. …
