If I could leave a 10 star review, I would! We have worked with Dustin on two occasions and each time the process was incredibly smooth. He answered every question promptly, never missed a beat on follow through and explained everything along the way. Even four years after our closing we are still in contact and he has continued to assist us with questions we had while closing on a house in Kansas (we, of course, used his recommendation for a lender in Kansas). Customer Service is huge with me and my husband and he could teach a master class on the subject. If you're looking for a lender, look no further. Dustin is your guy!
