Me again. Went back in and saw my bracelets they stole from me on sale! Asked to have manager to call me back regarding the loan they ‘lost’. It was put in with their stock. The manager refuses to call me back. These people are crooks! They will down right steal from a disabled older woman and not think twice about it!!!

I just went in to purchase a Birthday gift. I don't know if they thought I couldn't afford anything in this store but never once was did they care to ask if I wanted to see the watch I kept looking at in the case. Oh well I guess I will spend my 2grand at Wright pawn on westhimer..smh word of advice people who are about the money don't care to indulge in what your political views are!

Did a loan with them. Problem 1, my ticket number on page given did not match what was in computer problem 2 they did not write a full description of my items. (Check that! Make sure every item is listed, take a picture!). When I paid it off my items were nowhere to be found. Over the course of a month of going back in I kept finding my items on display to be sold. What a horrible feeling to see your personal items that have sentimental value for sale. They did try their best to get my items back to me, I will give them that. They realized they made a mistake a tied very hard to make it right. But in the end, I am still out two large pieces of jewelry I will never see again. And the value of them lost. The sentimental value gone as well. Such a big disappointment and at a loss as what to do. Don’t let it happen to you. Learn from my mistakes. Make sure every item is on your ticket. I don’t care if they are busy, they need to type everything out and take a picture!!!!

I bought a watch and was told it was in good working condition, and there was nothing wrong other than a few scratches. The day after I noticed that the watch was not working properly, the date did not change. I waited a few days to make sure it was a consistent problem. I took it back 06/24 and told them that the watch that they sold me was not working properly like they had said it was. I told them that had I known that the watch was not in full working condition I would not have purchased it. They told me that there was nothing they would do. The store sold a non working watch, did not disclose the fact that it was not in good working condition and refused to fix the problem with either a refund, store credit, or fixing the watch. I recently took it to a watch repair store and its going to cost $750 for the repairs for watch that they told me there was no problems with. There are other places to do business with. If they had given me a store credit I would give them a better review. Go somewhere else to do business.

Upon entering I went to the gun counter. The guy working behind the counter was great my grip were that the gun prices are way over priced for used or new guns. A ruger lcp not the lcp2 was listed at $319 you can buy a new one from academy for $199 this is price gouging at its worst.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to pawn a diamond and sapphire ring with diamonds and sapphires in a ballerina tutu setting. The ring was originally purchased from Houston Gold Exchange off of Westheimer and Dairy Ashford during my 5 years of employment there. The guy at the counter told me the diamonds weren’t real after failing to put the diamond tester on the diamonds, but on the metal. After correcting him, they offered me $167 after I had already been offered $300 from Jeremy at Katy Coin an hour prior. I will never step foot through their door again and neither should you!
