I don't know how some of these reviews say this place has great customer service because I feel like that's a lie. Nothing about this company has great customer service. When I sign with them I was never told that if I paid $200 and something dollars a month that it would not go toward my loan that it's only going toward them to hold my loan so on top of paying $200 something dollars I got to still pay off the $800 something dollars. Then the paperwork that I signed is not the paperwork that they sent me through email because I didn't get my contract right then and there they had to email it to me. Then the one that they emailed me doesn't even have my signature on it. Then I called them last month to have my loan date change to the 17th and I was told I would get a call back but I never did so I had to call back for them to tell me that it's changed and then when I get a call this month I was told that it wasn't changed. Then the representative I was talking to she couldn't even explain to me why the money that I paid every month wasn't going toward my loan . Because that's not how I explained I was explained that if I paid the $200 a month and I paid extra then it would knocked out my payments. I didn't think I was paying 200 something dollars for them to hold my loan until I can pay it off that's stupid, and like I told the lady I would have never agreed to nothing like that if I was told that but I wasn't and the contract that I signed wasn't the same one that they sent me. So no their customer service is not great at and I would not recommend anyone to this company.

In short, avoid any title loan place as you'll end up paying 3-5 times the amount you're loaned. I was well aware of this but ignorance got the best of me the day I made the loan. Glad I don't have to deal with this company anymore. People complain about certain terms but those are probably the ones who don't bother reading over their contract like they should prior to accepting the offer, if approved. Be sure that if you don't want your title at risk to be lost in the mail, to pay cash upon pay off. As long as it has already come back from the DMV, they should have it there in the office. That's something I wasn't aware of until I saw a guy's comment on here regarding waiting forever for his title. The two ladies Maria & Jennifer at this location are there to do their job. Simple as that. I was not mislead but they don't offer every tip or tell you every single thing you should or would want to know. It's your job as the customer to do look over your contract & ask any questions. I saw a ridiculous review from a lady talking about how they "changed the rules" and treated her differently. Trust me when I say that that's not the case. They have policies to follow as any other company. Only with this one... no one should even step foot in here because it's a complete rip off. It's not worth it with their ridiculous rates. We're just here making the rich, even wealthier. Don't fall for it.

Easy process but dont miss your payment or forget to sign the agreement for payments. They call your references at 7am!
