The assistant manager, Crystal was not customer service savvy. If a customer is telling you they will have a hard time with something don’t ask questions making them repeat the problem just to keep telling them “no”. Following policy isn’t an issue. She did not make me feel understood at all. Accused me of being hostile and mad simply because I asked her to let me finish talking before cutting me off. Even chuckled during the conversation. The overall company seems nice but she shouldn’t be the first impression. Just left and definitely recommend new customers going inside. The women there were so sweet. Alicia took great care of me with no problems. Turned my experience from a 1 to 5 stars. Because of her they will keep my business !!

Yes majority of the ladies have great customer service. There is one in there that clearly has issues and need classes on customerservice. One I choose not to refinance any longer that's when the rudeness started with this particular person. Thank you all for you service because it was needed then!! Customer goes a long way weather you choose to stay with a company or not!!

I recently was approved for a loan, i truly appreciate how nice and understanding they are, even have a open loan and they still approved me. I am so grateful for this company as i am in a tight spot financially, they truly helped a ton!!! I will definitely be recommending family and friends to them! Step stone is the way to go!!

Mrs Alicia and her Coworker are absolutely amazing. I was in a pickle and they have saved the day like a super hero. I really appreciate yall one hundred percent.
