I must say it's a blessing to go into a business in 2022 and get actual genuine professional customer service. Everybody in there was courteous, helpful, patient, non judgemental, understanding, and had such positive energy. I recommend this place. they did not like their job you could not tell. 1 stars

I hope the corporate office will see this. I haven't applied for a loan nor a job with Western Finance. I received a voice mail from a young lady whom stated her name was Crystal and that my resume came across her desk and she wanted me to come into the office to complete a formal application. It's 2022 and applications are done online. It is so unprofessional for companies to conspire with Spectrum, the city of Killeen (KPD and KFD) and others. Please contact Crystal and advise her of such. Thank you.

They all have very friendly service and they give you so much respect. They understand that we all have unexpected problems and they will go out their way to help you anyway they can. I like that I can build my credit scre up.

I love them at Western Finance they are so amazing. I’ve used them for years. Friendly fast and sufficient. If you ever need a loan I suggest them. I won’t go anywhere else.

Perfect experience with Donte and Lei (hopefully spelled her name correctly) I had the greatest conversation , great energy. When I say super super understanding. I am very excited to continue business. Even if I didn’t get approved I loved the atmosphere that was provided as well as the effort made.
