Very disappointed. I’m an excellent risk for a loan. I have long term, good, steady income and residence. I have a clear title on a 2020 vehicle in great condition with low miles. I was sent away the first day because it was 5:20 and they close at 6 and didn’t want to stay a little late. Went back and after giving info for 30 minutes was told we couldn’t go further because of my bank. This is where my direct deposit goes! Advertisement says a clear title and proof of income is all you need. Waste of so much time for nothing. She wouldn’t even call her manager to ask. Not her fault, she was very nice. Experience was not.

Stacy has great customer service. She was very nice and very helpful. She made sure i understood everything and got me approved for wat i was goin for.

Mrs.Tina Marie was a very helpful person and a very good person she had greeted me and my mother with a smile and a very outgoing person. The branch manager Sabrina was also able to help my mother out. Great service w these ladies! I definitely recommend Kyle location.

Went in for a loan and Tina assisted me, was very courteous and kind, and patient and explained everything in a term I understood and she had everything ready by the time I came in. Very professional!!
