The loan officer I was working with canceled my application without my approval. She also refused to take the documents they required for the loan via email. They expect you to call their IT customer service line when their website won't work.

One Main helped me when no one else would. I have been doing business with them for about 18 months now & the people are always polite & professional.

They did help when I needed it, first lady was rude and has no business in customer services. Second tried hard to make up for it so I would say I was content in the end. Interest rates are pretty high but I was able to get the money for a large vehicle repair bill.

They are not really hard to deal with. I bump them down to 4 star bc the payment reminders through phone call is very annoying (never been late on one either) the website is not easy to deal either. Interest rates are ok for the kinda credit I have. Just above average.

Place used to be good but now is terrible. Got a loan and they are adding insurance and increasing my loan amount when proof of insurance was already provided. They won’t refund the money when the error was on their end and will continue to double charge me insurance. This place is a scam take your money else where. Customer services is trash. This is just a 9-5 to them they don’t care who they screw over. “ it’s not their money, it’s not their fault” when they literally are in charge of handling documents

Waste of time they're too busy on collection calls to give out loans waited almost three days and no one would call me, so in frustration I canceled the request. Wouldn't recommend.
