I had been searching and searching the reviews for a place my elderly parents could go and not be mistreated. I ran across this place read the reviews and was not expecting such EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I mean I called and spoken with Jen (who was more than informative about the process and the information I needed to bring). THEN I made it there and ISABELLA WAS MORE THEN AMAZING you guys! I mean she was very friendly, informative, I MEAN THE LADY WENT OVER & BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS! IF YOU EVER NEED A TITLE LOAN AND YOU ARE WORRIED COME TO THIS LOCATION!ISABELLA IS DA BOMB! Izzy was awesome bathroom is restricted how ever for usual costumers its becomes an option so Ask nicely with a smile and maybe bribe with some candy. Great place on the business side Fast service and Low interest rate And Great payoff terms

So my experience here was a bitter sweet one. Jen is fantastic very customer oriented and professional.The store manager Isabel however is a much different story. I won’t get into specifics because it’s not worth it, but it is worth mentioning that the manager clearly needs better training in discretionary skills and she also needs to realize that without customers your out of a job. It’s NOT your money your loaning out it’s company money so it’s not up to you to decide how or when someone spends their money. All you need to worry about is the pay back or the collateral!
