I applied for a loan, was sent an email saying I was approved and how much my monthly payment would be. That I just had to confirm some information, well I called the number. Sounded like she was doing a new application cause she couldn’t find me? Then said she would give me a call back when she got an answer. I waited exactly two hours to hear back. I ended up calling and she said I was denied. Which made no sense cause I had all the information how many payments I would be making and my monthly payment amount. Very inconsiderate to let someone wait that long instead of telling them up front. I’m beyond livid not that I was denied that. I had to call back and find out instead of being contacted back. Very bad business practices and I will not be recommending their services. Thank you for not helping properly Martha and I’ve been in customer service for 20 years so this was very disappointing.

I’ve been on and off borrowing from them for 6 years. They are always professional and good. Karen has been there for as long as I can remember and she’s always pleasant and professional. It’s like family going in there. They are easy, understandable and will work with you. Love them.
