Tower Loan, League City, TX

Will never use again. I'll just tighten my belt from now on. I've been using Tower Loan off and on for about 12 years starting in Louisiana and never had a problem until my loan was transferred to this location in League City. I have less than a year left to pay my outstanding loan and once it's done, I'm done. Tower Loan is good for if you are in a pinch but once you get a loan, they keep refinancing and refinancing and your loans never show as paid which doesn't help your credit. Use wisely.

This location closes early. Why does it say 6:30pm when y'all close early. Best to change the time if you want to leave early. Not good loyal service.

Getting a loan with these people is a mistake. I have been trying to repeatedly contact them to explain I need written communication, but their phones don't even have the capabilities to take voice-mail messages. They don't respond to the messages sent via their website either. I have an auditory processing disorder and need to be communicated with via text at the number they already have or email the address they also already have, but all they do is call. 0 accommodations for people with disabilities and my credit score is unfortunately going to end up paying the price.
