Although the verification process is a bit ridiculous, they came through for me when I needed it the most and the staff remained calm and professional even when I had an attitude. Would definitely recommend the Lewisville location.

Devon helped me out,service was quick and he helped me out with the service that I needed.

Joshua the store manager helped me and he was awesome! There is something to be said about good customer service and making a customer actually feel like their not wasting your time. There were new forms implemented in and he explained the new forms in a timely manner getting me in and out. He really just had a great attitude and generally looked like he enjoyed his job... refreshing!

i have the worst experience with cash store i would never go back there to get money again i just barrow 500 from 500 to 1000.00 dollars no one ever told me about the interest was going to be that high the manage there raquel she is so rude i had a payment that was due all ask was if i could skip and pay 2 time the following payment she refuse to that she only told me i can only refinance witch would bring me back to payment number 1 don't know why when i am making my payment on time so i decide to call the corporate office to get some assistance oh boy what a waste of time no help they are just has rude has the manager in the store they never have a manger available to talk to you keep getting voicemail from people like they are going to get back to you they never do i talk to like the whole department still no help jeff,operation gloria rude yelling at me on the phone she don't care about her client just rude living message to some lady by the name of wendy never call back i mean can you imagine i am talking to people in the corporate office that treat people like that but they be first people to call you and tell you your payment is due just rude just sad i am done with this people

Hey I went in cash store today and Annabelle helped me out and got me thru everything I needed within 45 minutes. She’s great , everything was wonderful. She also helps you understand better if it’s your first loan. I do requirement.
