People were nice at first. They told me I could refinance once I made my last payment. Since I paid late, they told me at the last minute after I paid off my loan that I could not refinance until 3 months later. I needed to refinance and gave my last to pay my loan off.

I have went to Cashmax several times and they always have been professional and they care about their customers. There was times that I had emergencies come up and they always was willing to work with me and the always made sure it was convenient for me and it worked out great. I have never experienced a rude phone call or anything love them. I definitely refer them for loan services.

Cash Max -Lewisville provides quality customer service. Always there for you when you're in need of financial assistance. If you're lucky enough to come in and meet Alicia, you have the best service representative Cash Max has. She's absolutely the best. You can't go wrong at Cash Max-Lewisville.

Not sure what the issue is with this store. The girl Felicia that works there started on my application and weirdly sat there saying that she was waiting on response. After a while she called and didn't get answer. So she went in the back talking to someone about my application and started laughing. She then shut the door and came back out to tell me that she didn't know what was going on with my application but she would call me back when she had more information. She handed me a adverse rejection letter. Needless to say I haven't heard back. Not sure if a BLACK thing or what. I won't recommend or return.

Won’t trust this place. It’s just a scam to get your money. None of the payments go towards your loan. They call me over 6 times while I was at work for a payment. After I asked them not to and I would pay. They tried running my card without my permission. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
