I have bought two rings from here...one was a fake stone the other had a damaged band..first time shame on you second time shame on me...they will not get anymore of my business in the future.

The people there will profile you just for shopping and accuse you of theft with no evidence. They are unpleasant racist I'll never go to another cash America pawn shop .

This place needs a lesson on customer service. My husband just walked in and went immediately to the area he needed help with. Multiple employees made eye contact while there was only one other customer inside, but they just stared at him and never greeted or attempted to help him. Waited at least five minutes and walked out without anyone ever saying a word to him since they obviously didn't want his business. Even a hello would've been better than that. Seriously. You just lost a sale that would've covered the day's labor costs.

Always done good service here, good customer service, quick paperwork, always able to talk and be human with my husband and I ! Never bought anything bad from here. Its a pawn shop, and sometimes you may get something that someone else pawned off here and got away with it being bad. Overall its a great shop and I totally recommend it!

I would like to say thank you to Virginia and Juliana for going above and beyond in customer service. I took my 79 year old neighbor to your shop to get her a purse and y’all assisted by taking the purses out to the vehicle while she sat there with her oxygen tank and allowed her to pick one out. You are more than appreciated by her as well as me. I am a disabled military veteran and I always enjoy stopping by to get great deals on Knives. Thank you again and may GOD bless both of you.
