These ladies are the absolute best. I have delt with Jennifer for almost 8 years and she has always went above and beyond to give the best costumer service. Would always recommend them. Top notch service.i can't say enough good things about these ladies at the Longview office.

Came in to renew my loan today and the ladies are always so helpful in the Longview office! They treat you like family and are there when you need it! Would always recommend them if you are in a bind or just need some extra money for a vacation or special occasion! Make sure to go see the ladies at the Longview branch!

I have been with 1st Franklin Financial for 3 years but longer than that from when they were Excel. I finally paid my loan off even though Chris was very persistent to get me some more money! I definitely know that if I need more money in the future I will be coming back! Fantastic service with fantastic staff! I will still come back to visit my friends!!

I have been a customer with y'all way back when it was Excel Finance and the ladies have always been nice polite caring funny and I have appreciated that the whole time I've been a customer I don't want the ladies to change it anyways because they are perfect the way they are and I enjoy visiting with them when I come in not real good with uptight people I like them to be the way they are with me the way I am so let the ladies keep doing their job the way they're doing it because they're perfect and good people thank you.
