If i could give no stars i would worse customer service ever. They call and harass you everyday and the voicemails are rude. My loan was 1100 i offered 1600 to just pay it off in February so i could just leave them be and whatever they didnt want to take that option because of the late fees and other fees. Also when in February when i said a day i was coming in that same say thay took money out of my account and acted surprised when i called and said they took money out of my account NEVER USE THEM..

The associate Jennifer is so nice and helpful. The experience I had with her was outstanding. If I our need a loan. I will always come here, because of her!!

I have done business with them for over 2 yrs and never had any problems until now...I will never use Texas Star ever again.
