I originally gave cashmax a 5 star rating because all seemed great. But 2 days before my first payment was due they tried to auto draft the entire loan out of my bank account instead of the payment plan we had agreed on. Luckily, my check hadn't deposited yet so it declined. I spoke with them later and they claimed that shouldn't have happened and asked that I come up there to discuss the details of the situation. I was busy with work and so I didn't make it up there as soon as they wanted me to I assume.. now I just found out they auto drafted the entire loan amount out of my account, leaving me in a pinch to find a way to pay my bills and take care of my 2 baby girls. I walked into that place bc I was in a pinch and needed help, now I'm even worse off thanks to cash max.
