Had an excellent experience an One Main. The staff was excellent. Discussed my needs and I closed on $9500 loan in one and a half hours. I would definitely recommend them if you need money and have less than perfect credit.

They are terrible!!! They lie constantly and it's a running around game with them. We wasted multiple trips and missed days of work for nothing ! Brittney(not sure if that's correctly spelling) was the one who helped us and did a terrible job. Asked for cooperate number and they purposely gave me the wrong number. Ask for a supervisor and they said they didn't have one there today. I would never reccomend any one to use them. The negative reviews are 100% true and I wish I would have read them before going to them! If I could rate them a 0 I would!

Horrible, unprofessional, nasty attitude, rude tone from office manager and lil desk girl. I borrowed $12k pd it off through my bank, check went to their old address. My banker(sweet lady) pk'd it up took to them. NEVER AGAIN!!
