I had the best experience with Mrs. Patsy today she was amazing. She called me after applying 6 months ago. She asked me if I wanted to reapply. I was puzzled at 1st because I’ve never had a loan agency call me back after 6 months. I was undecided on reapplying so 2 days later I reapplied and was approved. She was very professional, friendly & she explained everything in details. She was awesome thank you for the great customer service.
