Courteous and efficient

Everything started out smoothly until I wasn't being credited for payments made. They said that payments weren't made and I was bombarded with mail for mistakes they made. They don't want me to make online payments, they want over the phone payments and they have saved my payment methods on their computer. I do not like this.

Worst experience with their customer service. They belittled me and made me feel like a child. Their payment website is always incorrect and the office blames the company for not fixing it but acts like it’s the customers fault!
