Gilmer rd longview tx people were rude and couldn't tell who was being served and who was waiting. Crowded and nasty employees... So I went to Marshall rd longview tx rude employees and over powering. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER.... Told me to bring cash to settle account then wanted more cash than agreed to on phone.... SCAM ARTISTS

This place is horrible. They harassed us because we were behind on our payment. The employees are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They call you consistently and threaten you. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very rude The lady named Kayla spoke to me rude over talked me and wouldn't listen she took payments from my credit card at least 500 dollars and lied to her supervisor saying I said I wouldn't pay this is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL this is not how you do business especially putting someone in a bind I called the supervisor around 10:00am said she would help me and everything would be fine by noon well here it is 9:00pm no one has called me back these people have no remorse I thought loans conpanies where here to help I am now struggling to pay my light bill and car note due to this It's sad how ruthless some loan companies can be my kids are home for summer and we have no electricity in the middle of July PLEASE BECARFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Great people but the increase on ur payments just to pay it out to much. But they willing to work with u so call and talk to them.

DO NOT GET ANY LOANS HERE !!!!!!!!!!!! INSTEAD, open a bank account for savings, get a side hustle, build your money in the savings account, and just borrow from yourself.
